Ski courses current programme. 2018 dates available soon.

ALL GROUP COURSES will be for five extended half days - three and a half to four hours - giving you time later on in the afternoons to do whatever you want and also get used to altitude. And we find that learning is more productive in shorter sessions. Group courses begin on Mondays.
Private lessons (PPC) are booked by separate arrangement and are half days in the mornings, usually two and a half hours. Please enquire for PPC details and prices.

Important: We update availability regularly, but please don't pay a course deposit or book accommodation or transport until you have checked with us by e mail or the enquiry form that a ski course place is available . Course spaces will only be held for five working days . After this, if no deposit is received to secure the booking, the place becomes available on a 'first come, first served' basis.
PRICES for all courses other than private lessons (ppc) are £400.

.All ski courses have a maximum of 8 skiers and all are taught by Ali Ross. The ski courses run Monday-Friday (except the PPCs - private lessons - which are by separate arrangement).

Please note that whilst the ski courses are a training system, offering progression from one level to the next, you don't have to join Level 1 first, providing you are already familiar with Ali's ideas from our books, videos or our new DVD/App. Please contact us for further advice.

Level 1

These courses are for intermediate to advanced recreational skiers with several years experience and generally for those who are joining the Ali Ross system for the first time. Typically, a Level 1 skier feels stuck on a learning plateau, wanting to make progress, but doesn't know how to. Most important is a willingness to try out new ideas. Please note, there is a MINIMUM standard - to be able to ski using open parallels on a red run in the Tignes/Val d'Isere area.

Season Refresher

A combined Level 2 and Advanced ski course, running in early December and January. Great for remembering what you should be doing for the rest of the season.

Level 2 and Advanced

Usually, you will have already attended a Level 1 ski course. Again, please enquire if you feel you could join Level 2 or above without having done Level 1.

Level 2 aims to develop technique for a wider variety of skiing situations and to apply them whilst also building up mileage on skis. We introduce off-piste skiing whenever conditions allow.

Advanced ski courses aim to refine technique further for more difficult terrain and conditions, including the development of mountain awareness and avalanche transceiver training. Off-piste skiing whenever safely possible. Avalanche transceivers are provided for clients who do not already have their own.

Personal Performance Clinic (PPC)

A PPC offers private skiing lessons, half days, four skiers maximum. For more information, prices and booking, please contact us.
