How to book your skiing course

Ski course bookings are made with Ali Ross Skiing Clinics. Please use the ski course booking enquiry form below or phone us during office hours on (0033) 4 7906 4908. Please check the ski course dates chart before contacting us.

Deposits
Level 1, 2 , Advanced and Season Refresher courses. Provisional bookings are held for five working days to allow deposits to be paid. If no deposit is received within this time, the booking will automatically lapse. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking on a level 1 course and £150 for all other courses. Please note all deposits are non-refundable. We accept cheques or electronic transfer. Once deposits have been received a booking confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Personal Performance Clinics are payable by separate arrangement. Please contact us for details.

E-Invoices
An e-invoice will be issued at the time of the initial booking to cover both deposits and balances and it is important for you to keep a note of the date by which the balance is due as, in order to keep administration to a minimum, we do not issue reminders.

Balances
Must be paid 10 weeks before the start of the course. If no balance is received by this prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, and retain the deposit by way of a cancellation charge.

Accomodation and travel
You should make sure that there are places available on the course before booking accommodation or travel.

Insurance
A condition of attending an Ali Ross Skiing Clinic is that you must have adequate winter sports insurance, which covers the usual ski sports risks, including off-piste skiing. You will be asked to confirm this.

Ski Course Cancellation Conditions
1. By the client
  a.Cancellation of skiing course booking up to 10 weeks before commencement of course, loss of deposit
  b.Between 10 weeks and 4 weeks, 50% of total fee
  c.Less than 4 weeks, 100% of total fee
  Please note that the person making the booking guarantees acceptance of these cancellation charges.

2. By the resort
If the resort has to close the lift system in whole or part for whatever reason or has to close the pistes because of reasons of safety etc, we cannot undertake to refund course fees for the time lost.

3. By Ali Ross Skiing Clinics 
If we ourselves are unable to provide the skiing lessons or course for reasons of injury, illness or other impediments, we will refund course fees in proportion to the amount of time lost.
